Kind of confusing.

by lhfoo, May 15, 2006 12:00AM
Last AF was on April 30. My cycles lasts like 7 days on April 6,7 we bd. On April 11 I started getting some dull cramps like AF off and on until today. According to the ovulation calendar I should have ovulated yesterday, April 14. This morning I woke up and had to vomit (sorry). I stayed home today because I feel horrible. Dizzy, nausea and my breasts are sore. I think its sort of impossible to be pregnant already and wondering if this is part of ovulation. If I do test won't it be way too early. My next AF is due April 27. Any thoughts or suggestions on what may be happening?

My cycles are usually 28 days. I calculate ovulation by the electronic calendar and also by cervical position. According to the calendar I should have ovulated yesterday, May 14. My other concern is that I probably ovulated earlier that I thought.

well, all the info that I have taken in from here and reading, you most fertile days are the 5 days before ovulation and that you should bed every other day for those 5 days and on ovulation day to have best chance. Sperm usually live 48 - 72 hours and with good cm can last up to 4 days (from what I have read) an egg only last 24 hours so it is best to ave the sperm there waiting. I don't know if this will help you but it sounds as though you bd too early for your predicted ovulation day but if you think you ovulated earlier than you may be lucky.

I am asuming that you mean May throughout your post. It is definitlely to early to test and to feel ymptoms. I tested 5 days before expected AF and got positive, I used first response. I think 5 or 6 days before AF is about the earliest.Good luck

are you using anything to help you determine ovulation, do you know when you ovulate? usually it is 10 to 14 days after 1st day of period, depending on how long your cycle is. how long is your cycle,

Well I will wait and see because the last time I was pregnant this is just how it happened two weeks after my period I was getting cramps. It lasted about 6 days and I went to the emergency room because I was scared. I was pregnant and the doctor told me the cramps were implantation cramps. I ended up having a mc at 10 weeks. Thanks,
for you comments though.

With my first pregnancy I did not experience any symptons, ended in m/c.  My second pregnancy, on vacation conceived, I felt symptons--sore breasts, light headness, right away--plane ride home.  I think it is never too early to feel these symptons as long as you are not concentrating on them as a sign.  Take it easy and wait a few days to see if they persist.  Good Luck--mom of 2 boys.
