Late period

Hello, hoping someone can help me!! I am 25 years old; I have normal 31 day cycles, as of today I am 10 days late. I took a pregnancy test this morning and it was Neg. Over the past 16 days I have had the following symptoms
Mild cramping like af is coming and nothing
Unusual tugging feeling about 2" below my belly button.
CM that sends me running to the bathroom thinking I have gotten af and nothing.
Mild head aches off and on almost every day last about 1 hour at time sometimes less.
Lower back pain
At  first just my nipples were sore now my boobs are sore mostly just when I push on them. Mostly on the sides and bottom.
Bloating/Gas
I detected my LH sugre on the 17th of August that night I had some bleeding is this normal?
Could I still be pregnant? My doctor told me to come in when I got a positive at home test so I am afraid to call her.. My sisters first pregnancy didn't show up until she was 10 weeks along. I have a possible job promotion at work and don't want to take it if I am pregnant so I can spend more time at home with the baby. Any help would be much appreciated!
