pregnancy is a possibility. but more than not it can be a sign of postpartum. it can also be hormonal as your body goes back to normal after a pregnancy your progesterone level should lesson. A spike in this level can cause you to have milk aging. It should stop and return to normal after a few weeks if not I recommend seeing your obg. My friend and my self had this happen. I went back to normal after 2 weeks I had to bind myself with an ace bandage or a tight sports bra. She did not stop and her youngest is 5 she still gets milk but we found out that’s really rare but some thing to watch for.
You can have postpartum symptoms up to six years after the birth of your last child. But with a partial hysterectomy I would say your hormones are fluctuating with any trauma on or around your ovaries. Can cause hormone flux. If the milk proceeds after a couple of weeks then I would see the dr. till then no worries. Your ovaries control over 1000 hormones in your body. And men wonder why were a toad that time of the month lol. But a hysterectomy partial or full will cause trauma to your ovaries so like I said no worries unless it continues.
My dd is 2 1/2. I bf her for 4 months and I still have leaking. I seem to only have it during hormonal times.....ovulation and period. It is enought to leave a wet spot on my shirt but it doesnt stream out like normal milk when bfing. It sure can last a long time. Doctor says it is normal in a lot of people.
Not necessarily. Some women find that breastfeeding causes them to retain a little of their baby weight until they stop. Others find it helps them lose weight.
alexciasmom- My son is 20 months now. Are you still considered to be in the post pardom phase almost 2 years after you have your baby?
