I am 65 and when I turn over at night my legs feel like sand rolling down them......it is weird! I have to stretch them and sometimes get out of bed and walk around to make them feel better. Sometimes my left leg feels cold while in bed. What do you think? Sugarcookie
You could possibly be suffering from Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS).
And the coldness of the leg(s) could be due to lack of circulation, possibly Raynaud's Syndrome.
