Lightheaded?

Anyone else in the second trimester feeling lightheaded at all?  My iron levels were good so that's not causing it.  I do have a bit of a virus from my kids but I am feeling lightheaded.  I also have not been sleeping well so maybe that's why but would love some feed back from anyone elso who's lightheaded.

I am 22 wks and feel lightheaded on and off.  I usually feel it after going up the stairs, bending up too quickly, getting out of bed, and making sudden turns.  So, a lot, I supposed.  My OB said it's completely normal from the 2nd trimester on, and most people actually can get it in the 1st trimester, too.  I am trying to do things a little more slowly, but I'm fast-paced by nature, so it's a bit tough. I'm reminded every time I get lightheaded, though.  Everything with me is pretty much normal, too, so my OB is saying it's just that 2nd trimester thing ("What to Expect When You're Expecting" says the same thing).  Good luck and try not to make any sudden moves! :)

Yes!  As a matter of fact I got so lightheaded this morning that I thought I was going to pass out.  Thank goodness it passed fairly quickly.  I've been getting dizzy spells off and on for a couple weeks now.  I've heard that it's fairly common.  I just worry that I might be developing gestational diabetes or something like that because dizziness is a symptom of that.

I had my first hot flash on Monday and I got super dizzy and lightheaded.  Our hormones are all out of whack!

Everything I've read says that the 2nd trimester is when the dizziness/lightheadedness kicks in due to the additional blood in our systems.  I'm only 13w 3d and I am always lightheaded since about week 11.  So its normal, just make sure to sit down so you don't fall.
