I just read that breastfeeding causes you to hang onto that last 5 pounds!  Other than that I walk when I can and I have weights I do when the baby is napping.

Actually, nursing helped me lose weight more than ever.  I lost an extra 15 lbs after I was done.  I am 10 weeks pregnant now and still weight at least 10 lbs less than with my last pregnancy.

Well, I had to stop breastfeeding due to Ashtyn not able to nurse, and the pump was no longer working effectively. I really want to try weight watchers, but I am more of a solo type of person, so that might be hard for me. I was just checking to see if anyone had an effective workout! Thanks for the comments.

i did an effective workout after last dd was born.  it was my 3rd c-section and they say its harder to loose weight after that but the workout i did was really effective as well as addicting.  i am a stay at home mom and i would do it when dd was napping and my other 2 dd's would do it w/ me...  its called turbo jam!  i ordered it from beachbody.com and i'm telling you its FUN!!!!!!!

Cheyenne, try weight watchers, it is good, I'm going to go back next week. Perty, they do a program for nursing mom's, I did it whilst nursing and lost 20lbs. (Put 6 back on at Christmas though!)
