Well, I had to stop breastfeedingBreast-feeding tips Breastfeeding Breastfeeding - resources due to Ashtyn not able to nurse, and the pump was no longer working effectively. I really want to try weight watchers, but I am more of a solo type of person, so that might be hard for me. I was just checking to see if anyone had an effective workout! Thanks for the comments.
i did an effective workout after last dd was born. it was my 3rd c-section and they say its harder to loose weight after that but the workout i did was really effective as well as addicting. i am a stay at home mom and i would do it when dd was napping and my other 2 dd's would do it w/ me... its called turbo jam! i ordered it from beachbody.com and i'm telling you its FUN!!!!!!!
Cheyenne, try weight watchers, it is good, I'm going to go back next week. Perty, they do a program for nursing mom's, I did it whilst nursing and lost 20lbs. (Put 6 back on at Christmas though!)
cheyenne they have an online program so you can do it without going in, but you dont have to go to meetings. i want to drop 30 pounds before my dh gets home. would be a great surprise!!!
