Lots of ?'s

So I start my first round of clomid on the 17th....100mg. I also go in to see if my tubes are blocked on the 21st.  They run dye threw you adn take pictures I guess.  Then they take my blood on the 26th so see if I have ovulated.  So my quetions are:

Should I take Robitussin (sp?) while on clomid?
What time of day should I take Clomid?
Has anyone had the tube blockage procedue done? How was it?

My husband is having a semen analysis but they say not to have sex or masturbabte 3 days before the sample....so he won't be able to do that until after our first round of clomid.....has anyone eles DH had this done?  We are going to go get the home remedy kit at the drug store until we can get his sample in....has anyone done the home remedy kit?  How acurate is it?

I took 100mg of Clomid days 3-7. Take it at night as it seems to help with the nasty side effects. I did not take Robitussin as Clomid did not really dry me out but I did use pre-seed and loved it. I also had the HSG to see if my tubes were blocked. It is a painful procedure that causes cramping but nothing too unbearable.
My DH also had a semen analysis done at the lab. I do not recommend the at home ones as they may give you a sperm count but it cannot tell you if they are healthy, shaped normal and swimming in the right direction.

P.S. I got pregnant one month after my HSG and while on Clomid. My daughter is now 11 weeks and the apple of my eye. :)

I had my HSG done a couple of weeks ago and wasn't anything comparred to some horror stories you hear!...in fact, for me it was unconfortable, not painful and very good! cuz i found out what was the cause of my infertility!.....
My dh had his SA done and yes, it is better at a lab since they analyze EVERYTHING not just count. Don't waste your money in those over the counter things......if, anyway you'll have an SA done.....might as well....

I had a very delayed ovulation each month and by the time I did O my egg was considered to old to get fertilized.

I took the clomid at night my husband also had a semen analysis as well it took me 4 cycles on clomid before i got pregnant and i'm loving it i have a long way to go but enjoying every moment of it now
