I have just found out today that I am pregnant (after going to the DR since bleeding 3 weeks and being on the pill) but not to think much of it since my HCg level was low--800 and my progesterone even lower than normalNormal saline flush 2.5. I was told to do nothing but rest this weekend and we will re-check levels on Monday. Anyone else told anything about progesteron levels too low?
My MD likes for progesterone levels to be above 14. If it is not he prescribes Prometrium (progesterone supplement). Not to worry you, but that level seems entirely too low to supportSupport Support 500 a pregnancy. Usually after you ovulate your progesterone will go up (to above 12 or so) and should stay up if you get pregnant. It usually only goes down in case of m/c or if you are starting AF. Good luck to you...maybe you will be different and your levels will rise!
