M/C Sept 4th ... Where's A/F? Possibly prego?

by Rainababes84, Oct 05, 2009 01:36PM
I have NO clue when A/F will come since I m/c'd on Sept 4th.  My normal cycle is usually 28/29 days.  It's been 31 days since the m/c.  I felt like I was O'ing on Sept 23 (had pains).  Last week I had a little cramping, & one time when I wiped I had clear mucus & pink. No heavy bleeding or spotting followed. I am so LOST.

So far, no PG symptoms either.  I just feel like I'm coming down with a cold. Sometimes I'm constipated and/or a little nauseous.  Other than that, nothing... GRRR it's frustrating.

This exact same thing just happened to me, I was 15 days late and I'm never late!
I had 6 negative tests. As we were trying for a baby the hospital said I should go in for a blood test and scan as she explained that even though it is fairly rare some women don't produce enough HCG quickly enough to show a positive on a home pregnancy test and even minute amounts will show in a blood test.

I had my scan and blood tests today and I am not pregnant, they checked my ovaries and all looks fine so they think my period skipped for some other reason such as stress or the weight I have lost recently. She said it can be quite common for a period to be very late or go astray for an unknown reason and it isn't generally something to worry about.
I was given provera to start me bleeding again so hopefully my periods will be regular again after the provera treatment.

You should have a HCG blood test just to be sure, my cousin showed negative home tests for weeks and when she had a blood test she was 12 weeks pregnant!

I haven't done a HPT as of yet. I am waiting. I know miscarriages can sometimes throw your cycles off.
