M/S 1ST ultrasound tomorrow Blighted ovum?

So I have never heard of a blighted (sp) ovum until I found out I was pregnant. I am 7 weeks and have my first ulstrasound tomorrow. I have terrrrrrrrrible all day sicknedd and sore bb. I am nervous about them seeing nothing in my sac. If I have such bad morning sickness is that a good sign that I do have something in there? Does anyone know?

I dont know why I have it in my head lol....when I found out I was pregnant and on some message boards I saw girls write about it lol so then I got worried. I am a worry wart:-)

M/S is a very good sign, but there is no way to tell whats going on in there without having a scan done. I bet all is well! Try not to worry....why have you got blighted ovum in your head? Good luck and keep us posted!
