Hello I am 35 weeks I have had preterm twice and on bed rest 4 a month up until now and starting my 35 week i been having nausea really bad heartburn and feeling light headed with headaches. I was on pills 2 stop my contractions but got took off today what could it b

It sounds like the heartburn and nausea could be just symptoms of the pregnancy. I am also experiecing that, and I had it long before having preterm labor. I just reached 36 weeks this week and got off my meds today, and the indigestion and reflux have been and issue for me from about week 9. Yours may only have now been triggered because your baby may have had a growth spurt and is now pressing against your stomach.
The lightheadedness and headaches could be withdrawl (withdrawal) from your preterm meds. I was taking Procardia and it gave me those side effects, but I'd built up a pretty good tolerance to it after a couple of weeks. I can't say how I've felt since coming off it because I was just taken off today, but if you were on the same med, you may be readjusting to being off it. The purpose of it is to lower your blood pressure, so now if you're not taking it, your BP is probably rising and causing the lightheadedness and headaches. That is, if Procardia were the pills you were taking.
You should call your doctor just to be sure, because your condition could be serious.
