May I be pregnant?

Hello, Im 17 and me and my boyfriend had sex on May 6th so about two weeks.He never busted in me but we did go on for the longest time.We didn't use protection either. Since then my back will hurt randomly,a week after having sex my nipples were somewhat sore & I eat a lot less, I tend to have diarrhea (sorry i know nasty) and i would have cramp like feelings and sometimes when i eat i feel like throwing up.Also i have been discharging. Today I just came back from the gym to take a shower then to pee and wipe myself and there was blood there?? I've taken the test to check but my bf's mother told me it might me to early to tell?

I don't wanna be stressing over something that i might just be believing in my own mind.
Please someone help meeeee??
Also i have irregular periods. It comes when ever it wants.
