Memory Loss

I guess my fiance says I have memory loss since I was pregnant. Our daughter is a month now and I guess he says I see and hear things differently then how they happen or do things I don't know I did. He said it has been since I was pregnant not before. Has this happened to anyone?

That doesn't sound like  memory loss.

The two of you have different perceptions of your encounters with each other.

The truth is in there somewhere - maybe in the middle,  or maybe just on one side - but somewhere you two are misperceiving your communications with each other.

What's your best guess?

Like he says I am saying he does and things he did not do. Like he said I will yell at him for doing the dishes but I don't remember yelling I just remember asking if he wanted help doing them. Or  I saw him being mean like making an angry face but he said he was happy and smiling

GummiesMommy,  are you talking about being in kind of a "fugue" state?  Your last post,  "I just feel like I'm crazy" is harsher than I would have described by memory loss.

Whet I was describing is math errors when doubling a recipe,  can't remember a phone number,  can't remember 3 items at the grocery store,  lock my keys in my car repeatedly,  don't screw the gas cap back in after filling the car, etc.  Errors of inattention.

Are you talking about something more serious?

Yes.  It's very common.  We used to say your babies suck your IQ points out of your boobs.  ;D
