Menstruation after pregnancy?

I too was wondering about my periods.  My second child this time around, and I am 27 yrs of age.  After the second child birth I developed an infection called endometris...not to be confused with endometriosis.  Anyhow...It has been about 7 weeks, and I am feeling all the cramping of a normal period, and its been about a week, that i have been feeling this.  My lower abdomen is so sore.  But no period???  Is this normal?

Hello! I was wondering what are the chances of me trying to pregnant? I'm irregular and my last menstruation was on Sept. 18, 2003 and lasted for 7 days. But before that my last one was on May 21, 2003 and only lasted 3 days. I'm worried because I'm 31 going on 32 and I've heard that in your 30's its harder to conceive. Pls. tell me what I need to do?
