Mifeprex-- 3rd day, little bleeding! help, scared!

I found out on Friday that I was 7 weeks and one day exactly from my ultrasound that was done at the planning clinic. I was given Mifeprex in the doctor's office and was told to take the 4 pills and to hold them in the cheeks of my mouth for 45 minutes.. Before the 45 minutes were complete, I felt extremely nauseous and threw up all my chicken soup from earlier. I then went through a good 3 hours of severe cramping, burning fever, and chills at all the same time. I experienced some bleeding in my first day and a blood clot that night passed through,however, this being my third day on the pill I only have spotting.. I am worried that the pills did not work because I am not bleeding heavily as I keep reading in other forums. Is This normal? I am worried that this may not terminate the pregnancy.
