Missed abortion During 7th week of Pregnancy

Hi,

My wife had a Missed abortion and the sample collected during D&C
was send for Histopath analysis and Chromosomla Analysis.
The Hispoath analysis shows normal.

But in the chromosomal analysis Down syndrome was detected.
The report says that out of 50 collected cells 40% of them
had problem with char21 leading to down syndrom (syndrome) rest all characteristics shows normal.

Now we are again planing for a baby and i am seriously worried about the
reoccurance of the problem as i heared that we have no cure for down syndrome .
Can any expert please post your suggestion on this?
