Morning sickness

What is morning sickness like?? A few days ago I had a fever of 100.6 and was on and off between freezing and burning up all night. That only lasted a day, but now it is three days later, and for these past three days I have been feeling nauseous randomly, and my mouth will fill up with saliva as if I have to puke, but nothing comes out, and I have a loss of appetite, bloating, and a constant sick feeling. Almost like car sickness.

In my experience, morning sickness had to do with nausea and queasiness, not fever.  Take a pregnancy test if you don't know if you're pregnant, morning sickness is not usually the first thing that happens in pregnancy.
