I brought my 2 year old daughter to a thoat, noseNose fracture, and earEar barotrauma Ear discharge Ear emergencies Ear examination Ear tube insertion Ear tube insertion - series specialist because of her large tonsils and snoring. The doctor told me that he prefers my daugher to have her tonsils removed. I'm just really scared that she has to go through surgery at a age 2 (30 months). Her pediatrican said to wait till she's at least 3. Is 2 years old too young to go through surgery? I'm just confuse on who to believe? What will happen if she keeps the large tonsils?
My sisters daughter go them out at 2, reluctantly.....She had a minimal recoveryRecovery position - series, like it never happened!! They are so resiliant at that age!
