Here is what I think and it is just a guess. OvarianAscites with ovarian cancer, ct scan Ovarian cancer Ovarian cancer dangers Ovarian cancer metastasis Ovarian cyst Ovarian cysts Ovarian growth worries Ovarian growths Ovarian hypofunction Peritoneal and ovarian cancer, ct scan Polycystic ovary disease cysts tend to put some hormone action into your system, so it is likely that during the time you have one, your body might think it is pregnant and therefore not ovulate. So it is less likely rather than more likely that when you still had the cyst, you would have gotten pregnant. If you like, just take an HPT, and it will answer your question as to whether you are pregs now or not. As for your question, "how sure can I be that I will get pregnant" now that you don't have the cyst, obviously nobody can be sure they will get pregnant, so do you mean how can you be sure that the cyst didn't give you a problem that might affect your fertility? If that's it, don't worry, once an ovarian cyst is gone, it has no further effect on your potential fertility.
