My baby 3 months old

I gave birth 3months ago, i'm breastfeeding and my period is late. Is this normal? Even if i don't see a period this month? I am so what worried about pregnancy... But on the stronger side I believe that it's late because i'm breastfeeding.

Well I can't help you with the breastfeeding and period thing but what to say congrats on your three month old.  My son will be 3 months next week.

Some women do not have a period at all while breastfeeding. However, you DO need to use protection because you can become pregnant. Your body hasn't ovulated for 9 months and sometimes throws out 2 eggs at a time. Best wishes. Take a test if in doubt.

My friend is still breast feeding and her son is a year and a half.  She just got her first period about a month ago.  tmv is correct, even though you don't get your period it doesn't mean that you can't get pregnant.

I gave birth to my DD in Sept of 06', got pregnant in Dec of 05' and haven't h ad a period since Nov of 05' and I am still beastfeeding so it's been close to 2 years for me.
