My pregnancy symptoms suddenly stopped

I am 7 weeks pregnant and I noticed that a couple of days ago my pregnancy symptoms have suddenly stopped.  My breasts are no longer sore and my morning sickness is now mild.  I am not sure if they are going to come back or if this is a sign of miscarriage,  I am very concerned.  My doctor's office is closed for the holidays. HELP

That same thing happened to me around wk 8.  I was very worried but was told that was normal.  Symptons can come and go.  Just be cautious of any bleeding or cramping.  I was so worried I called my dr. and they confirmed that everything was probably ok.  I prayed and asked my babies to send me a sign and sure enough they brought the vomitting back for weeks.  I still get nausea at times...lol.  You will be fine.  I know how scarry it can be.  Blessings to you!!

Thanks for your response.  It does put my mind at ease. I dont have a sonogram for until the 9th and waiting is horrible.  I am glad to know that it is not always a sign of miscarriage.  Thanks again

With my daughter taht happened to me.  Symptoms definetly come and go.   I have a healthy girl..  With my m/c symptoms were stronger then ever.  SO it does not mean anything
