hey ladies. We've finally picked our name. Actually, it's been picked but we've finalized that it is indeed the one. Leah. I love this name... it is in the old testament and I really havent met many of them through out my life. As for the middle name(s) I want to use my sisters... Erin but thought Leah Erin was just... I dont know too short or something! So I think we are going with "Leah Erin-Nichole" (my name). What do you think? Last name is Jones so I thought it could never hurt to have two middle names to set her apart from the eight zillion other Leah Jones es that are prob out there!
My daughter also has 2 middle names. We love the idea, and this one on the way will also have 2 middle names, even though we are having a hard time coming up with the 1st middle name. See, our kids firstFirst progesterone mc10 First progesterone mc5 First-progesterone vgs 100 First-progesterone vgs 200 First-progesterone vgs 25 First-progesterone vgs 400 First-progesterone vgs 50 First-testosterone First-testosterone mc name is 3 syllables, and the second name needs to be 2 syllables, and the 3rd is one syllable..sorry if that is confusing. In other words our daughters name is Madelyn Ava Rose and depending on if its a girl or boy our baby on the way will be either Makenna _ Saige or Gabriel _ Blake. We are having a hard time coming up w/ the 2 syllable middle name..its a flow-thing..it has to sound right for us, it has to all flow...I think having 2 middle names is really neat!
Ther will always be someone who doesnt like your name choices! My mother said WHAT?!?!?!? everytime I told her the name of each of our kids. We didnt name our kids to please everyone else, we went with what we liked trying to avoid the obvious teasing factorsFactor ix complex, but even that is kinda dumb.lol...
BTW our other kids names are:
Destiny Michelle
Skye Alexis
Jeremiah David
Elijah David
and Isaiah David (Can you tell what my Dh's name is? lol...)
I don't have a middle name, and I've always felt like I'm missing out!
Gosh, we haven't really even started discussing (arguing) about names yet!
I'm 10 weeks p/g with my 5th baby (7th p/g had 2 early m/c)
I also don't ask anyones opinion on the names I like :) there'll always be someone who doesn't like it!
I have 4 daughters already. My oldest 11 is Morgan Emily, my 10 year old is Kirsten Olivia , 8 year old is Carys Eloise (said Ka-ris) and my almost 3 year old is Eden Hermione (said Herm-eye-onie)
I feel like we have to choose something a little bit different for this one too, I won't have a clue if it's a boy :) never had to go there before!
I'm sure Destiny will LOVE her name when she's a bit older, she'll appreciate your creativity when she's rich & famous.
We thought about going with Maxwell David Reed.....but Reed is the middle name of all the men on my DH's side and David is his Dad. So I didn't want to use all names from his side and none to honor my family. So it's just going to be Maxwell Reed.

And there is always someone with a comment, but I dont care, I love my kids and their names, and they even flow when I am tlking to them in a calm but slightly louder manner:0) Only my first boy, Jeremiah, I think could stand to have a longer name, bc I am not feeling through with him by the time I am done saying his name in a calm but slightly louder manner! I have been known to shout "Jeremiah David Nicolas Alexander Stephen ...insert last name here...
Destiny wishes her name was more common like "kelly" and I always wished my name wasnt so common (there were 5 Jennifers in our small class of 27!)
