No symptoms at 5 weeeks?

Hi. I'm 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I have do not have sore breast or nausea at all some days I do not even feel pregnant. Is this normal?  On Thanksgiving night I woke up with some mild cramping and went to the bathroom and passed out (ended up breaking my nose :( I went to the emergency room and the doctor seemed to think everything was fine b/c there was no bleeding or spotting. He said it was probably just my body adjusting to the pregnancy. Normal?

I had lots of preg symptoms twice that I miscarried!
WHen I was preggo with singleton every time I went for u/s till 9 weeks I was sure something was wrong cause I had no symptoms - only one I did get was nausea

Never had sore breasts with any successful preganncies - good luck

I have had three miscarriages, had one successful pregnancy, and am pregnant now.  Every pregnancy and symptoms have been different.  I had pregancy symptoms with my miscarriages and with my successful pregnancies.  What makes it so difficult is that everyone's body is different and every pregnancy is different.  Out of all my miscarriages, I never had the cramping until after the D&C's, but had spotting, with sore breasts, nausea, change in breasts, etc.
