Normal HCG levels at 7wks???

Hi there..

Just got a call from my MW and she told me that my HCG level came back at 19,500 and I am 7-8wks pregnant...

Is that a normal range (i forgot to ask her and she's since been called out on a delivery) for a single baby or could there be 2??
Twins run on daddy's side.....

I don't recall what my levels were for my first child 2.5 years ago or even if I was told...LMAO...

I think this is in the normal range for a single baby.  I am  having twins and my levels were 17,447 at only 5w1d.  So by the time I was 7-8 weeks doubling everyday they were substantially higher.  Good Luck, your levels sound great!!!

Hi Congrats on your PG!!!  =) I went to the er at 5w4d last week for pain and my hcg level was 25,625 and I only saw one baby heartbeat was 119. Hope that helps You levels sound great! ~dani

what kind of twins run on daddy's side? if it's fraternal, then his genes had no effect on how many eggs you produced.

im 5w5d and mine r over 200,000 and im having twins
