Nothing I eat is filling

Hey!!!!!!!! tomorrow I'll be 17 weeks pregnant, and just in the last couple of weeks no matter what I eat it just isn't filling for me, like I'll eat something and straight away my belly still fills empty and like I have to cook up a huge meal or something for me to actually fill full and most of the time I just can't be ****** so does anyone have any suggestions for quick filling meals that I can eat that don't take long to make, with my work also most of the time I just don't have the time to make anything. what would you guys suggest???

Sometimes feeling hungry can be a sign of dehydration. Try drinking lots of water, it will fill you p and it good for you both!

i would also suggest drinking lots of water. i know when i was pg, i worked 9-5 evryday and filled up m water bottle at least 4 times a day. also, i would suggest eating lots of small meals and snacks constantly throughout the day. i pretty much had a supermarket in my desk and was always snacking all day long. the healthier the snacks, the better, of course. but if you are eating lots of snacks inbetween meals, you're meals will satisfy more.
