OPK caught me off guard!!!

Hey girls!!!! good morning!! it's friday!!!! YAY!!!
Well, today is my CD 14 and guess what? i got my VERY possitive OPK!!!! lol, well, what really gets me confused is that for the past 2 months i've been O'ing around day 21 or so, and according to ff.com it would be also this month but! i've been noticing changes in my CM (watery) and also i've been so stinking ....let's say...."easily arroused" lol!!
It was so fast for me! i didn't even know it'd be this soon! i got neg (faints) the last 3 days and all of a sudden BOOM!
Now, dh and i bd'ed last night.....but! we used a lubricant (just a litttle tiny bit, a drop in a finger) that is not preseed!....=( would that affect?? should i bd tonight too? and maybe tomorrow???
I don't wanna be all obsessed this month like i did for the past 2, but i also want this to happen.

looking back b/4 I had a + preg test.....I was "highly arroused" myself!!!  Little did I know at the time it was because I was ovulating!!!  I was so used to not ovulating that I didnt pay any attention to it!!!

Hey girl, that is awesome!!!  I really think this is your month.  Your body is acting VERY MUCH ready.  I got my BFN this morning and I really think I'm not preg.  I hope AF comes in the next couple of days.  I can't wait to start over because I also know my body will be more ready next month too.  HOWEVER --if I have to wait 6 freakin' weeks again to get an AF I'm going to be PISSED!!!!!

Oh, and I bet the lubricant didn't harm your chances. But go for it tonight anyway!!

Yes, I would go ahead and bd tonight as well and take another OPK.  Regular lubricant is not a sperm friendly thing so I would do it again tonight!

hey darling...good friday morning to you to.....seems like you're back on track again, the lubricant shouldn't bother it, it could help....everytime we ovulate we what to BD more, than before, i myself am Ovulating now....they do say that friends do things the same time even internet buddies...lol... i'm CD5 today, & we BD yesterday too....i wanted to so much last night, but i got tired of waiting on my fiance i feel asleep,  but he woke me up with a poke.....lol... keep the faith it'll happen this month...:)..much love ((((huggs))))

Hello, everyone and happy friday!  I'm on my 37th week right now and I feel that I spend most of my time in the bathroom peeing!  It is so annoying b/c it feels as if my bladder is going to blow up from being full and yet when I go to the bathroom, I only get a few drops.  I know that it's not UTI (I just had it checked) and it feels like she's dropped a lot.  She's probably just pressing on it with her little head a lot and it feels like I need to go.  Sorry for taking up space for it.  Just needed to see if anyone else experienced the same thing towards the end of their pregnancy.

I am so sorry to hear about that darn witch visiting you this time!!, yes, m/c messes you up BIG time! i used to be like a clock! always on time, but since july i just don't know what to expect, this has actually been my first 'normal' one and it's been very close to what it was before....so cross your fingers and toes for me please!!

How have your cycles been since you m/c.  I just want to see if they are like mine.  My first cycle was 34d, the next one 37d.  They have been very different as far as length.  I have never had long cycles like this.

Hello my friend! yes, i am very excited about it...im a little bit nervous but i am keeping myself calm before i freak out! lol
I got a neg. last month with an OPK in the morning on a thursday..., then in the evening i got 2 equal lines, (i thought that was a +, they say that when you get 2 equal lines you will O within 12 to 36 hours or something like that..) and then friday morning (6:00 am) i got a super +! (like the one this morning) with a line darker than the control line. I think that would be the peak and then from there you will count 12 to 36 hrs...am i right??
Like i said in an other thread, us girls get extremely concious about saying or expressing we are 'horny' but, you know what? when your guy gives you the oportunity (and he celebrates that you are..) then you can do wonders and he'll be a HAPPY camper!!! lol...

kris---well, mine have been VERY VERY similar, the first (counting my m/c as my 2 week long AF) was about 34 days and the second one was 33 i think, i didn't chart much the first cycle, but on the second one i did and i know i O'ed around the 21 and then i got my period 13 or 14 days later so at least i know it didn't mess up my lutheal phase..., the first period i got was very very light...almost just spotting...and 33 days later i got a MACRO FLOW!!! holy cow!! it looked like a horror movie when i would go potty!! lol (sorry tmi!) but it lasted my normal 7 or 8 days (counting spotting too) and 14 days later (today) i got my +...so i am guessing i will O wether tonight, or tomorrow or even sunday...so, this will be a bumpy weekend! ;)
5preg2b--Hey girl! how are you??, i will, i actually thought about doing the hole ritual last night, just because i wanted to (didn't even know i'd o this soon..) but, it got late, my parents are still staying with us....it's just not something that we can do easily like other times when we have the whole house to ourselves! =) but, i promise i will try to do my best tonight!

I have no idea what dpo I am!  I just bd like a rabbit for a couple of weeks...lol!  I'll take another test on Mon and I'll let you know what it says!  I just feel like you -- I have not gotten a "normal" AF.  Now you have and you're on track.  I hope it's what happens to me too.  I just want to be normal!!  I won't be on here anymore for the rest of the weekend.  My friends from Houston are coming to visit!  I'm taking the afternoon off and then we'll be going 100mph.  At least my mind will be off ttc.  Have a great weekend.  I'll cross my fingers for you!!  (((HUGS)))

Question- Hubby worked out in the yard a couple of days ago and wore this shorts that make him sweat a lot (nylon), he got a little rash, more like an irritation or dryness on his 'pee pee' lol...and last night was really painful for him to have sex....didn't let me know until afterwards though!!! i yelled at him...
I just have one tube of pre-seed left, which will be helpful for him to be more lubricated (i am not having any problems ;)), should i do the deed tonight with all the pre-seed? or use half and half...(without inserting it in my vagina..for hygene reasons)??

I feel the same way as you. I am on cd15 today and yesterday was feeling frisky so I called DH and told him to be ready. But our DS sleeps with us..so at 930 DH fell asleep and DS had just fallen alseep also (we had to wait for him to fall asleep so we could sneak out!)..and i just HAD to watch Greys Anatomy last night. So at 10pm I had to wake DH up..but he was good to go after a few shakes and pokes to get up!
Last month I had a 39 day cycle! didnt O til almost cd 25, but the two months before were 29 and 30 day cycles. So I am pretty sure I am back on a somewhat normal cycle, bcs I started w/ wet slippery cm yesterday and still feeling pretty frisky today.  I think I will O today or tomorrow..so I'm gonna try to bd again tonight if we can , if not tomorrow for sure. I am also a little crampy which I normally get around O time.
I hope this is our month too!!

I definitely think it's your month.  Just enjoy it!  If it is your month, I'm thinking about getting a puppy...maybe that will help :)  I did probably ovulate late this month since I'm out of whack.  We'll see...but when I got the neg I went out and got a yummy mint chip frozen frappuccino from Starbucks... my favorite (we just recently got a starbucks in the town I live in . . . can you imagine?  I'm in the boonies!!!!).  If I had gotten a BFP I would have definitely skipped that...  See, there's an upside to everything!

Lau---I am telling you! it was the best therapy for me!!!! seriously, it was like a total rewind to where i was before!, i am laughing again, i am happy and in a good mood again, i joke around again....eventhough i still get sad when i think about what happened or when i see pg women...and i still think i will never get my belly to grow (unless i eat 23 containers of hagen-daz icecream a day...yummie), i do get excited to come home! (i did get excited about seeing dh, parents and kitty, but this is a total different sensation...is like someone really little, baby, depends on you...and is yours! you know what i mean? almost like a baby but not quite, but still a baby....huh? lol)
I would wait a little Lau, what dpo are you at? did you use any OPK or BBT to know exactly when you O'ed???

markysmom---LOL, that was really funny! i can just imagin the kind of odissey you have to go thru to sneak out and have a nice romantic session!!. Personaly i don't have kids yet, but do have a kitty that sleeps with us (he is big, fat and fluffy...and he likes to be 'spread' across the bed) and we feel really bad to push him over or down to the floor, and most of the times when he hears all this weird noise, he just decides to get down and go to the bathroom rug to sleep! lol

I'm jealous with all the BD'ing =) anyway, my story, I went to doctor on Tuesday to get my HCG shot, I was told that I should ovulate in 36-48 hours, my follicle was 24mm. Anyway, between Tuesday and today I didn't feel anything different, does that mean I ovulated or not? we did BD on that day and Wednesday and yesterday I was up late because I was doing my homework and didn't go to bed 'till around 12AM, I was told to BD from Tuesday-Thursday atleast so I really wanted to BD, when I went to our room my DH was already asleep and I tried to wake him up and he got mad... well so I was mad too.... do you guys think that those 2 days of BD will do me any good? I did it on Tuesday at 3AM (I fell asleep and he woke me up) and another on Wednesday again at 3AM (we both fell asleep and I woke up and remembered so I woke him up) this is prolly why he was mad yesterday coz 2 days in a row we stayed up late and he was late both days to work coz of lack of sleep =) Any input will be greatly appreciated!
