One day of brown spotting about week before the period and cramping?

hi everyone
I need a help. on 9 of July(5 days ago) I had very light brown spotting.I had also got cramps like before my period and I was sure that my period came.nothing.I'm bloated, feel more tired, constipating, eating like crazy,and sometimes having light period cramps. I think I was most fertile between 31-3 of July.we had a sex during that time.why I am asking for advise it's because I had once a brown spotting after my ovulation but the next day I had my period.This time is different. still no period,(should be around 16/07), yellow creamy discharge after the spotting(sorry for the details).could I be pregnant and if still no period when I could do the test to see the results?(I had done 2 tests after 8 days of that night but were negative). please can anyone have an advise or had similar situation
