by ssdisha, May 11, 2006 12:00AM
Hi All,
This forum has been very helpful. I was diagnoised with PCOS , was put on clomid....ovulated.....but did not conceive.
I want to try for sometime without any meds.
Please , let me know any methods to reduce the effects of PCOS naturally and be successful.

thanks

i dont have pcos but it did take me a long time to get prego after a m/c.  I am 36 just to add to the puzzle.  I used vitex and got prego the first month on it.  dont know if it was coincidence...but i would use it again.

Hi I also have PCOS and got pregnant oct/04. The only meds I was taking was metformin. We had been trying for 3 Years we had also tried clomid but no luck. I think the stress of it all was to much. So we relax for a while and ended up pregnant he was born June 19, 2005. I got pregnant again in January on clomid but misscarried Feb/05. Good luck trying!!!

I have heard that losing weight(if you are overweight) can help with this condition. I have irregular periods and I am waiting for a doctors visit. I am anticipating that I have this condition as well. I am going to work on losing weight and see what happens. Good Luck!
