PLEASE HELP ME ON YOUR THOUGHTS & IF THIS MOST LIKELY MEANS I MISCARRIED..

I am a 37 yr old woman with a 14 yr old teenage daughter & when I got pregnant with her I knew because the next month I didn't get my period & shortly after I started feeling really sick & tired all the time which was a very normal & healthy pregnancy thank God n now after 14 yrs of wanting another baby before its too late & I run out of time due to my age I started having & experiencing a few minor symptoms of pregnancy so I randomly decided to take a pregancy test on Tues, Jan. 20th which I was almost positive would come back with negative results do to the fact that I last had intercourse back on the 16th of Nov. 2014 & still had a regular period the month of Dec. which lasted a day more than it always does then this month about the same time my usual normal cycle would've began my breast started hurting alot more than usually but I assumed it was cause my period was about to start but it only lasted for 1day because the very next day I checked my pad & there was no more blood so the next day I tested & it came back positive which means I am or was 10- weeks into my pregnancy since then ive been testing everyday, even 2x a day I guess because I couldn't believe it & at the same time I'm REALLY excited but then after almost 5 days of testing everyday I woke up on Fri, Jan 23rd about 3am to go urinate & when I went back to my bed I sat down for a while to read when I suddenly start feeling like I just started peeing on myself without being able to stop it so when it kept going I knew that was to much & when I got up to go to the restroom again I see a puddle of blood where I was sitting so I ran to the restroom & when I pulled down my pants to sit on the toilet the blood continues to run down my legs so I sat on the toilet stated to pee when I feel a blood clot the size of a golf ball come out & fall into the toilet & when I wiped there were very long clots on the tissue paper so I cleaned up & went back to lay down VERY SAD assuming I just miscarried but 2 days later there has been no more blood besides the blood Im still experiencing & having on the tissues everytime I go to the restroom & wipe and today after two days I just tested & the result line came back very light compare to how dark it would always show up before all this happened so does this most likely mean I miscarried or what could this mean??? Im just HOPING someone could relate to this & give me some input because I'm starting to get VERY VERY SAD & I hate not having ANY idea what could be going on with me since my doctors appt. Isnt until a week from now which is way too long to be waiting & not knowing what's going on & stressing out like this!!!! Id be EXTREMLY GRATEFUL to those of you who can tell me ANYTHING whether it's good or bad but I just wanna at the very least have an idea of what to expect after this n thank you all in advance for your ideas, input & help!!!! I greatly appreciate it

You need to see a doctor right away. It could be a miscarriage, but it could also be a successful pregnancy still. A friend of mine had bleeding with dark blood and lots of clots and was still pregnant. She is currently in her 2nd trimester. She is also 34. I'm trying for my 2nd as I just had my 1st 18 months ago and I am 36. I have had a couple chemical pregnancies but nothing viable since my daughter. At this point, only a blood test will probably be able to tell. Keep us informed!
