Pale stool with rash and swollen lymph nodes

My two year old wasn't feeling well on monday, didnt eat lunch or supper. Tuesday she developed a fever, slept 6 hours throughout the day. Had diarreha and rash. Didn't eat anything all day and looked white as a ghost. Carried around her cup of water but wouldn't drink anything. Wednesday she seemed a little better, until the evening. Thursday, she still has rash, mild fever. Took her to the doc, some lymph nodes are swollen, some fluids in ear, irritable and purple eyelids. Since the doc visit, she developed swelling in her groin area, pale, sandy like stool that smelled like dirty cat litter box. She still has purple eyelids and all other symptoms. All week and prior to this week she has been complaining about stomach pains more so on the right side to middle of stomach. What could be the issue?

Honey, take her back to the doctor.  I would INSIST on a diagnosis.
