Parenting Book... Help remembering a name?!

I was at my GYN yesterday and was reading a magazine and there was this book mentioned that said something about living your life to be a better example to your children or being the type of person you want your kids to be or something, and I tried to remember the name of the book, and I can't- I think it was written by a woman...  does this sound familiar to anyone??  I was going to buy it, but I can't remember the name...  help!

i recently got 3 parenting books...  one of them is "How to talk so your kids will listen and listen so your kids will talk".  sort of sounds like something along the lines your alking about, but maybe not, lol!

so far i do!  i'm in chapter 3 of a book that anniebrooke suggested to me and i'm also trying to read a little from the book i just mentioned.  like, yea right, lol...  its only gonna take a year to do that!!!  its soooo hard to find time to read w/ 4 young kids (i need it quiet to concentrate & actually take in what i'm reading) and quiet time is non-exisytant in this house!!!

I ended up ordering one called "playful parenting"...  I need encouragement on how to get my 4 year old to not react so impatiently and temperamentally to everything...  and I know she is mostly that way because I am that way, and I need help changing my behavior...  so that I can be a good example....  and I try just reminding myself...  but I thought a book might be encouragement for me...  if you have any other suggestions...  :)

by the way-  I have been trying audio books-  It is great,  I don't have time to read much either,  but I am in my car a lot!!  Although when I am "reading" my sookie stackhouse books in the car, I can only do it when I am alone...  which is only after I drop the kids off and before I pick them up....  so maybe 1/2 my driving time!  but DD would listen too, and I am just not sure vampires sleeping with humans and such is a great story for her to hear!  :)
