Perineal massage

I have just read that perineal massage can prevent tearing in child birth,has anyone ever tried this?if so did it work?

never tried it, but our prenatal teacher swore by it, and she suggested using Olive Oil too????  Perhaps Peek would know better though!

lol im having a c section but maybe i can talk dh into trying it anyway (no dear up higher hahha)  sorry i lost it for a minute.  been a loooong almost 6 months hehe

lol,i just asked my partner an he said theres no way hes touching THAT! (he doesnt like to have sex since ive been pregnant,he thinks his doodaa will poke the babies head lol,i told him not to flatter himself)charming lol,looks like il have to do it myself!

after my "SURPRISE" baby, I wouldn't allow him near me until one of us was fixed....THAT"S NO JOKE!!!  He waited 6 months after.  I was so uncomfortable with last pregnancy too, that he got nothing...he was BEGGIN for it.
he was cryin "com'on, can't ya just touch it????"  LMAO!  Payback is beautiful!!!!

hmmmm...can't say I remember that line, but that might be why we have a SURPRISE BABY!!!????  (there was a lot of alcohol involved, if you know what I mean?)
