Period late cramping but no bleeding

my girlfriend is late on her period by about a  week now we had sex, protected sex. I even checked the condoms after we were finished i put them under the fauset and made sure there wasnt a leak.  we never had intercourse without a condom.  The only thing is after i came i didnt pull out immedietly.. but thats how i always done it because.. well you know... shes like  aweek late and she gets cramps but no period.  This happened once before and she was like two months late, biggest scare of my life, but im really nervous this time.  Can anyone help with some precautions for next time or jsut any help in general.  Thanks

If there was no hole in the condom and you have never had sex with her unprotected then I doubt its pregnancy. Lots of things can cause women to be late for their periods the most common is stress. If you are so concerned of pregnancy and don't feel that a condom is adequate protection have her get on some type of birth control.

I agree with the above comment. There are many things that can affect a woman's cycle and perhaps, just to avoid another scare like this one, she could consider another form of birth control? Just a thought. Good luck!
