Period symptoms but no blood

ok. so me and my fiancee just moved to a new state with my family. that was in november, right before thanksgiving. now since then ive had only 1 period and it was easier than normal. normally i have to use perscriptions pills for my menstrul cycles for pain but that time none. that was between thanksgiving and xmas. nothing since before xmas. my periodes are usually spot on and i can just tell when theyre going to start. but this is weird. im late. havent been in over a year or two. i have all my menstrul symptoms: cramps, heartburn, diareah (sp?). but its been acting this way for a week... but no blood yet. idk what cpould be wrong. my mom and sis both say they cramped like this when they were pregnant but idk. could i be? last intercourse was over 3 weeks ago. i took a test wensday and it was negitive but idk what else it can be.

U could be pregnant ..U need to go to the doctor and have blood work done.. I was the same way. I am 9w and 2d with twins and it still don't show on a pregnancy test.. but it show in my blood and ultrasounds...

I had alot of cramping no minstrel cycle.. and the first thing ppl was saying to me u just moved to a new state the change can take a toll or its stress.. but that's is all true only for 30 days and a females body makes the adjustment.. so u need to be checked by a doctor.... good luck
