Period while Breadfeeding

I have my period again this month....is the normal? I was always under the impression that while Breastfeeding you did not get your period. My son is 4 months old next week, this is my 3 period. The first two where heavier spotting but this one is Definatly a period...cramps, mood swings and very sleepy. Should I be worried? My body just does not seem ready for another "issue". I still don't feel recovered from the pregnancy, maybe I never will(?)

no you can get your period while breastfeeding.
