Possible Strep Throat???

Hey Ladies. I am 23 weeks pregnant and my daughter has strep throat. My throat is beginning to hurt pretty bad and I am concerned I have it. Of coures my OB will not be in until Monday. Am I okay to wait until Monday to see the doctor or should I go to a prompt care tomorrow? Will the baby be okay? Has anyone had strep while pregnant?

my friend who is just pg, has strep throat and they gave her an antibiotic. i would say i guess if your insurance will cover it, i would go. I dont suppose any infection is good while pg and it could be a long 48 hours for you...especially with another little one running around! hope you start feeling better soon!
