Post Salpingectomy problems

Last July I found out I was pregnant and had continual spotting and low Hcg levels.  I was diagnosed with miscarriages off and on 3 different times by the same docs.  My levels continued to increase some and drop a little, and did this a few times.  Soon after I started having severe pain which caused me to almost pass out a few times.  My doctor told me this was normal after miscarriage and to take 800mg Ibuprofen for pain and see him in a week.  I did this for a week but the severe pain didn't abate.  My stomach started distending, but I thought I was a little bloated.  A few days later I collapsed.  My husband rushed me to the emergency room where my BP was 60/30 and I had a couple blood transfusions and an emergency laparotomy and salpingectomy.  Apparently I had been bleeding internally for a week.  It is now 6 months later and my stomach is still quite bloated (sometimes to the point of making it hard to breathe), I'm nauseous much of the time and vomit at least once a week.  I am also dizzy, have constant headaches, blurred vision off and on, increased heartburn, small pains in chest and lower abdomen every once in awhile, and tingling in arms and legs quite often and suddenly.  I had a colonoscopy, gastric emptying study, upper GI and small bowel series, and many blood tests - all of which turned up regular.  I am no longer anemic.  I'm not pregnant.  My doctor isn't sure the neurologic symptoms have anything to do with surgery, but I didn't have any of these problems until after surgery?  Have you ever heard of anything like this?  Any insight would be appreciated.
