Post delivery swelling

Post delivery swelling

Throughout my pregnancy my sciatic nerve gave me a lot of trouble. It was very difficult to walk, sleep or sit. Even some parts of my legs and feet became numb while being accompanied by extensive swelling. I had my daughter over 10 weeks ago via c section and my feet still swell when I stand, walk or attempt to exercise. The numbness on my legs and feet is still present. So my question is, is this considered to be normal even after 10 weeks of giving birth?if so, when should I expect my body to stop feeling this way? I have checked my blood pressure and it's normal. I elevate my feet and soak but it's only a temporary fix, just like being pregnant still. Any help would be appreciated.
