Pregnacy after miscarriage

i found out i was pregnant with my first baby on the 05th Jan 10 sadly i had a miscarriage on the 28th Jan.  i was 7 weeks but ultrasound showed the baby had stopped growing at 5 1/2 weeks.  i stopped bleeding a week later and a week after that clearblue digital pregnanct test showed my HCG levels has fallen and was now saying not pregnant.

My question is now almost 4 weeks later i feel i am showing pregnancy signs, tender breast ect  i have also been having really vivid strange dreams that i read is a sign?  i have done 2 HPT and both were negative so is this all in my mind or is it possible i could be pregnant again so soon?

I got pregnant right after my miscarriage. Best thing to do would be to wait it out maybe another week and retest or request a blood test from your doctor.

Hiya I got pregnant straight after my m/c 5weeks 5 days ago I not to sure how far I am yet I have to have scan to date my pregnancy and I didn't get a positive test till 5 weeks after my m/c x so went and see I no it hard not knowing x I now got a question for alaysha how do u feel? Do u have bad cramps?

That pregnancy after my miscarriage was almost 3 years ago. I now have a daughter to show for that one. This pregnancy though I'm about 7 weeks along and yeah I had cramps. They aren't horrible but they are there.

Your not crazy!! It could be possible. I mc'd Jan and am preg again.  

I would have the doctor run some blood work and see where the hCG levels are at. If you fell below 1 originally and the levels are up, this is a new preg.

I not sure when scan is yet but got to do tests 2moz to see were I am and then they see when to do a scan good luck with everything let me no how u get on and I'll do same :-)

I also got pregnant 5 weeks after my m/c.  I stopped bleeding, had a period, then was pregnant.  It could be hormones too though, your body goes thru so much.  Give it a few more days if you can wait & test again.  You can also call your Dr.  Good luck

ok, boobs have been really achy and sore today and i couldn't wait so i did another test, it's still saying negative so maybe it is all in my head or am i still testing too soon?

I was the same as you I spent so much money on tests how long since period is it? I got positive test 6 days after period x I got to go for a scan on the 5th of march I'll keep you informed and you do same :-) how u feeling? X

To be honest i'm not tatally sure when i should have had a period as everyone seems to tell me different things about when you should expext your first period after miscarriage.  The M/C was just over 4 weeks ago so i guess any day.
I still feel the same really sore boobs and a general odd feeling, earlier today i my stomach felt a bit achy but that seems to have gone now.

Hi, i'm fine apart from horrible crampy feeling.  no news i didn't test over the weekend but i do have a scan today, it was boooked after they confirmed miscarriage to make sure everything had come out so i guess that will tell me if anything is there.

i found out jan 28th i was pregnant. only 6 wks along. but last tues starting bleeding heavy w/ clots. pretty sure its a miscarriage. this was my 1st pregnancy. going to doc this afternoon for u/s to confirm.

so sorry to hear that snshnkty, it's horrible when i first happens but like my doctor told me atleast we know we can get pregnant!!!

I had an u/s this afternoon and i'm disappointingly not pregnant, doctor says symptoms were more than likely just the last of the pregnancy hormones!  good news (if like me you are trying to look on the bright side) he also thinks it looks like i am going to have my period soon, he pointed out some white swirly bit on the screen and imformed me it was blood,so atleast i will be able to start again soon.

i'm doing good. the bleedings almost stopped so glad about that. wed was the 1st time i went anywhere since it happened (other than the docs office). so i'm def getting back into the swing of things.
