Pregnancy after endometrial ablasion

Hello...I'm hoping that someone could help me and I hope to hear from someone who has gone through the samething that am.  My husband had a vasectomy 7 years ago.  We are planning on getting a reversal done in the next several months.  About 5 years ago I had an endometrial ablasion.  The doctors explained to me before the proceedure that I would not be able to have anymore babies.  I have since read that is not true.  Many women have had successful pregnancies after and ablasion.  I do still have periods(not as heavy as before) but they are still there and on time every month.  That tells me that there is some lining left and a pregnancy can take place.  Since we are having to save up the money for the vasectomy reversal I want to do what I can to insure that I have a successful pregnancy when the time comes to try.  Has any one taken any herbal medicines to help thicken the lining of the uterus and if so what where they...and do you reccomend me try anything else to make this possible for my husband and I.

hi i had sterilisation in 2000 then ablasion 2005 i had sterilisation reversal dec 2010 and i am now 17 weeks pregnant it can be done xxxx
