Pregnancy hcg level

I am 6.2 weeks pregnant from date of LMP.  I had my hcg levels checked on Mon. 7,000 and Wed. 10,000.  They told me that I need a viability ultrasound.  Are these levels not doubling the way the should?  Is my pregnancy in trouble?

Stress is bad for pregnancy. Just try and relax, it will do wonders for your blood pressure and all kinds of things that can affect you right now. Good Luck  =)

I dont' know if your pregnancy is in trouble but I do know they are supposed to double every 48 hours and if that were the case, yours would have doubled to 14,000 on Wed..  I would ask that they check them again and you should be able to see a hearbeat on a transvaginal ultrasound.  Good luck.

it says on line they STOP doubling every 48 hours once you reach 12 hundred - then takes longer (72 hours)  till 10 thousand
then 96 hours

so your numbers sound right
