Pregnancy

I have gotten my tubes cut and burned about 3 years ago and in August 2009 I got a gastric bypass now I am down 71lbs but my question is I am a week late (I'm never late) could it be possible that I'm pregnant? I have been cramping like I'm going to start for about 2 weeks now but nothing has happened, can someone help me? I'm 25 years old with four kids already!
