Pregnancy

I am currently 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant I've gone to do a sonogram and all there is is a sack there's no yolk no fetal pole or heart rate. My blood work shows that my progesterone is a 5.1 which is very low and my other  blood level is a 10569. I've been taking progesterone for 4 days and I have another appointment for blood work and sonogram next week. I'm so worried because my doctor has made me feel that their may not be hope considering how low my progesterone is and along with everything else. Also since last Friday I had some brown bleeding but nothing today. Has anyone been through something similar? I visited with my doctor on the 9/9/14 the bleeding started 9/12/14 started the progesterone Saturday 9/13/14 there hasn't been any bleeding today 9/16/14.
