Pregnancy&Lupus

Hello, I got pregnant in June and had a miscarriage in July. I was 7 weeks. Everything was pretty normal since I was in bed rest and took actions quickly. My biggest concern is how soon after can I get pregnant after a miscarriage. I have Lupus and during this time I was not taking care of myself but now I am being more careful. I am taking Prednisone 30mg and Plaquenol 400mg. Are they safe to take while Im trying to get pregnant? Do I have to see an high risk doctor before getting pregnant?
