Pregnant after miscarrige

I just had an miscarrige on nov 23rd I was 7weeks 4days the babys heart stopped beating but the crazy thing is that my body never knew it I had a full miscarrige when I was goin on 10weeks, its now jan 1st and I have a postive test, this will be my 6th time being pregnant with one birth and 4 losts I'm only 24 should I still be worried. Very scared at this point

Have you had any blood work done, or genetic testing done on the fetal remains? Have all of your miscarriages been missed miscarriages? (where your body doesn't realize the child has passed and therefor doesn't expel the tissue) If you haven't had blood work done, call your doctor and tell them you want a beta blood test done (it should be done every 48 hours) and that you want to know what your progesterone levels are at. If they're low, it's possible that could be why you're miscarrying and supplements can help sustain the pregnancy (these will not work however if the problem is genetic)

My first 3 I never knew I was pregnant until I went to the hospital for the pain but the last one were it was a missed miscarrige I knew. I was sent to the high risk doctors and then two days later the babys heart stopped beating, I had set an apt to return to the high risk doctors jan 10th but found out I was expecting jan 1st, I am now takin progesteron pills but I was reading about other ways to get progesteron so I will talkin to the docs on the 11th then I have an ultra sound on the 12th. Tryin to relax and stay stress free
