Pregnant? or other?

I just turned 40 two months ago.  I have never missed a period.  In February I had a period.  I believe it was on the sixth of feb. but not sure.  It is March 10 and no period.  I have cramps in morning and night.  I have headaches too.  No sign of my period.  I took three tests all negative.  Some clear discharge.  Last week looser bowls.  I do not think I am going to start either.  I have never had a child.  My husband had a vascetomy.

Oh also my cramps have been going on about two weeks. i am also very tired.
