In what week of pregnancy does constipation and heartburn occur?

Usually I think the heartburn doesn't set in until after the first trimester, at least that is what I read...  mine I had since the beginning...  so I'd have to agree with wannabeana!

Your digestion slows down right away.  So, heartburn can set in right away.  So can constipation.  Everyone and every pregnancy is so different.  I never had any heartburn, but my friend had it really bad, right from the beginning.
