Usually I think the heartburn doesn't set in until after the first trimester, at least that is what I read... mine I had since the beginning... so I'd have to agree with wannabeana!

Your digestion slows down right away. So, heartburn can set in right away. So can constipation. Everyone and every pregnancy is so different. I never had any heartburn, but my friend had it really bad, right from the beginning.

i just found out i was pregnant, and ive had heartburn pretty bad since last week. I m guessing it just depends on the person
