Presciption to treat morning sickness

Just wondering if anyone has/had been perscribed medication to help ease morning sickness?  I am 6wks pregnant and and about 2 days before I hit the 6week mark the dreaded sickness came.  I can't even think about food let alone eat it.  I am constantly nauseaus.  I only weigh 110 lbs and don't want to take any chances of not being properly nourished.  I am taking prenatal vitamins and will see my doc for my first appointment on Friday.  Any advice other than "saltine crackers on the bedside table" 'cause that has not worked for me!! :)

i was given regalin (sp ?) it was wonderful.  i did not take it three times a day like they suggested just when needed.

I used zofran with my last pregnancy. It worked well. It causes severe constipation though so be careful if they put you on it.

reglan, phenergan, or zofran. zofran is quite expensive, we treat it like gold at the hospital but it works GREAT for the pregnant women. Phenergan will make you sleepy so try half a pill or a fourth of one.

I was given suppositories for mine it was so bad I had lost 18 lbs.:(

They put me on phenegran and it worked wonders! I started gaining the weight needed and was able to get off of it after about a month
