Problems Drinking Milk?

I am 8w2d.  I have never been a big milk drinker, but I have always liked milk.  I'm also not a big breakfast eater, and I have been drinking Carnation Breakfasts for about 8 months now.  I always liked them.  Monday I had a Carnation Breakfast drink for breakfast and 10 minutes later I was throwing up.  (I have had nausea during the pregnancy, but never actually vomited.)  Today I had a yogurt drink for breakfast (followed later by a banana).  And about 30 mintues after I drank the yogurt, I was throwing up again.

Has anyone else had problems drinking milk or milk products while pregnant?  That's the only connection I can find between Monday and today.  All other times I have been fine - except for eating Burger King!

I'm 11 weeks and going through that too....Today it was chocolate milk....and a cream cheese bagel....wasn't pretty coming up.

I still drink 3 glasses of milk a day hoping some stays down....yesterday was a good day....none came up....today, different story.

Anything dairy seems to do it and pasta....having a hard time with that one too.

Before getting pg, I always enjoyed milk with my breakfast.  I am almost 10 weeks and haven't wanted an ounce of milk since I have became pg.  In fact, I don't want ANYTHING DAIRY...ugh!  It makes me sick too!  The only dairy product I can stomach is cheese, but not a lot of it.  I am crazy for OJ in the morning.  My RE said that it is good b/c it levels off your blood sugar and keeps me from getting so sick in the morning.

My sister and I are both pregnant, and I had mentioned to her that I can't eat ice cream at ALL or eat yogurt.  She said that since she's been pregnant her calcium pill has been upsetting her stomach too.  I can still drink skim milk with something or have it in cereal, but anything else, no way.  Cheese is OK, but definitely not alone...it has to be with something.   As far as the ice cream goes, well, anything with ice cream in it makes me sick.  I'm actually interested to see someone else have this problem. Isnt' this one of the most important times to have milk?  I wonder why our bodies reject it??

So far it is only with milk and milk products - except for cottage cheese!  I feel nauseated throughout the day, but I only throw up with milk and yogurt.

does this only happen with milk, or milk products? stupid question i know, but it is very possible that you will throw up everything now that your sickness is getting worse, lactose may be the problem, but you might be unlucky like me and puke everything, even water and crackers

Try Soymilk, I know it isn't always ideal in taste, but it might help and they have some that is fortified with Calcium.

Im 13wks....this is my 2nd pregnancy..with my first I would go through a gallon of milk every other day..This go around, if I drink milk in the morning its coming up or out the other end within 5minutes..2 days ago I thought I'd give a banana and oj a try for breakfeast..No go on that 1, I was running for the bathroom within 2 minutes...

now anytime after noon none of the above bothers me..which I find rather strange..also with the first pregnancy I threw up every day 2xs a day from the 2nd month up until I gave birth..With this one I stay nauseas 24/7 and try to eat everything to make the nausea go away..Im gaining weight like crazy, so tomorrow I will ask for the pill they give you to help fight it...:0)
