Progesterone drop in 2nd half luteal phase

I have had progesterone tests done the last 2 months due to repeated miscarriages and short luteal phase. Last month 7 day luteal phase and mc 5 days after af due (same pattern as first 2)

This month progesterone tests (taken CD 26 and 29 of 34 day cycle) I think I ov (from BBT/CM) on CD21

The first test was level of 70.8 which I think is good (?) but the second is 31.1. So does the fact that is has dropped mean that I cannot be pregnant?
